I studied Psychology as an undergrad and, afterwards, I did a master on Neuroscience at the Universidad Autónoma of Madrid. Before applying for a PhD, I decided to study a second master on Philosophy applied to Neuroscience ('MSc Mind, Language and Embodied Cognition', at the University of Edinburgh).  So far, I have worked in several research projects: at the Vrije Universiteit of Amsterdam (The Netherlands), the Universidad Autónoma of Madrid (Spain), the Università di Padova (Italy) and the University of Edinburgh (United Kingdom). Last year, I organised an international conference on mental disorders at the University of Edinburgh (https://blogs.ed.ac.uk/beyondthebrainconference/).  I'm currently working on my PhD thesis, that studies schizophrenia from a multidisciplinary approach, combining Psychology, Neuroscience and Philosophy. I have also started a project that aims to popularize the scientific branch of psychology in Spain.
